Hi Sean and all others who read this! Fall 2019 English 486 was fantastic and basically this is all the reasons why I believe this to be true. The text presentations, I loved them. I originally thought it sounded boring. After completing all three and looking back realizing how excited I was to read and learn how to become a better educator through these texts, that was pretty cool. I really enjoyed the in class small group discussions talking about our blogs and the NES text. I feel like some of my most valuable learning came from comparing myself to others here. I loved every bit of the text presentations and all the work and love that went into sharing how to be a better teacher from my classmates. I loved hearing everyone’s perspectives and comments on the different methods purposed.
